Refunds, withdrawal & privacy requests

Tell us what you need, review your statement and confirm submission. Statutory rights are assessed separately from the commercial eligibility shown on your order. You can also write directly to hi@viddastudio.com.

No account or sign-in is required. Do not include passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information. A reason is not required to withdraw. We use this information to process your request as explained in our Privacy Policy.

For a Managed Payments transaction, you can also get Link transaction support. Contacting Vidda first is not required to exercise a legal or payment-provider remedy.
